You can claim your warranty by writing to care@uoons.com with a service order number of the invoice and attach invoice given to you at the time of repair.

Once the repair order is completed, you will receive an email with an invoice in the attachment. The invoice is used to claim your warranty, if you have found a bug in the repair service.

Yes! you can use different cities for pickup and drop. Ex. Pickup from Indore and deliver to Delhi.
